All transactions are final and there is a strict no refund policy. Should you wish to alter your order in any way, email requests must be received within 24hours of placement of order. Any alterations are at my discression. Please note that each and every artwork, coaster, placemat, clock and cup are all one off, original and lovingly made by hand. This process can result in inconsistencies. I strive to fulfil orders in the desired colours and styles as described in the images presented, however exact matches are not guaranteed. Due to the time involved in crafting each item, I make every attempt to deliver within a timely manner, however unexpected delays may arise. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your shipping address and estimated date of delivery. After your item has been shipped any delay as a result of postal services are out of my control.
